What actually happens in thirty days.
1–7
Audit
We sit in on your live work. Calls, service, whatever the job is. We review your systems and interview the people doing the work. At the end of week one we hand you a written scope: the specific workflows we will build and the price. You approve it before anything else happens.
8–21
Build
We build inside the tools you already pay for. Every workflow is tested with the actual people who will use it, not demoed to leadership. Things that do not survive contact with your team get cut and replaced.
22–30
Rollout
A live training session for the team. A coaching guide for managers, because adoption is a management problem and not a tooling problem. A recorded walkthrough that every future new hire watches. Then thirty days of support while it settles in.

Handoff
You own the workflows, the documentation, the prompts, and the recordings. We remove our access. If you want us back later, the door is open, but nothing about this is built to require us.
Where your data goes.
Your accounts
- 01Google Workspace
- 02Your phone system

Nothing crosses this line.
- Everything runs inside your own accounts, under your own AI platform's enterprise terms.
- We move nothing out. We train nothing on it.
- Access is removed when the engagement ends.
- We sign your NDA and data agreement before the audit starts.
Terms
- Fifty percent at signature, fifty percent at handoff
- Scope is written and agreed at the end of week one. Work beyond it is a new engagement, not a change order.
- Limited builds per quarter. Current availability shared on the call.
